Q: How do I cancel my WhenUShop subscription?
A: WhenUShop is a shopping toolbar that saves you time and money when shopping online. WhenUShop provides information on store coupons, shipping rates, sales tax, return policies, and much more, right at the moment when you need it at any of the 400+ sites we cover.
You have 30 days in which to enjoy WhenUShop for free. If you decide to continue with the service after the 30-day trial period, your non-refundable annual membership fee of $29.95 will be automatically charged to your credit card. If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days, you will need to go to: https://whenushop.whenu.com/WUSCancel. There, you will be prompted for the email address and password that you selected upon registration.

Q: How do I uninstall WhenUShop?
You can uninstall WhenuShop by doing the following:
Go to:
- 1. START (the button in the bottom left-hand corner of your computer)
- 2. Choose SETTINGS
- 3. Choose CONTROL PANEL
- 4. Choose Add/Remove Programs
- 5. Select WhenUShop
- 6. Click on Add/Remove
That should remove it entirely from your system.
